How to activate Web Push (Custom Integration)

To activate Web Push for Umbrella, please upload the service worker to the main folder (root directory) of your online store website.

Please contact the clientsuccess@tryumbrella.com and request service worker files. Our team will create the files for you and send it to you as soon as possible.

NOTE: If you have issues uploading service worker files, please share temporary access to your FTP with clientsuccess@tryumbrella.com and our team will do the installation for you.

Additionally, we will need Google Tag Manager access to connect Umbrella Platform with your website.
Please share GTM access with clientsuccess@tryumbrella.com and our team will set up the integration for you.

Note: If you don’t have Google Tag Manager, please follow these instructions to install:

Once the files are uploaded and GTM is connected, you will be able to use Umbrella Web Push.
Umbrella Web Push are currently available on Monthly and Annual plan.
